Asian Meatloaf

Hey guys, how have you been?  Oh you're starving because I haven't been posting, understood, here's a new recipe and I'll be posting new ones coming up soon.  Today's recipe is an Asian flavor meatloaf.  I'm cooking it using turkey, but any ground meat will work just fine. This one's actually pretty easy, nice home cooked feel to it but WITH A TWEEST

You'll need a small frying pan, good pan for meatloaf a large mixing bowl, a small bowl, nice sauce brush

Ingredients:
2 lbs of ground turkey
1 cup panko breadcrumbs, or any, but panko are Japanese, so yeah, Asian meatloaf
1 egg
2 green onions
1 cup packed beansprouts
1 tsp red curry paste
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup teriyaki
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tbls Dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbls honey

And here goes the cooking:

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease frying pan, I used coconut oil and put on medium heat, once hot add the sprouts, stir every few minutes

While the beansprouts are cooking, put turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, curry paste, sesame seeds, teriyaki(I used garlic teriyaki) and ginger together

Quick note, make sure the ginger is spread apart, if it bunches, a large bite of ginger may not be appetizing

Once the sprouts are warm, add it to the turkey and mix again, put in your nice meatloaf pan for 50 minutes.

After the meatloaf has gone in, mix the mustard soy and honey together

After 20 minutes, brush the glaze mixture (soy stuff) on top of the loaf, do that again after 30 and 40 minutes as well

Pull it out, let it sit for a couple minutes and serve.

I hope you enjoyed this one, it's a favorite.
